Using Kinboard

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for using Kinboard in compliance with applicable laws.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Kinboard to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add to Kinboard. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Third-party services

Kinboard may integrate with services such as Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect integrations at any time.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kinboard as the service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Disclaimer and liability

Kinboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses.
