Kinboard (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a shared family dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information needed to create and secure your Kinboard account, such as your name, email address, and profile image. If you use calendar features, we access the calendar data you choose to connect.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Kinboard; authenticate your account; sync features you request; and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information or use Google data for advertising.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only request the permissions needed for features you choose to use.

Sharing and retention

We do not share personal information except with service providers that help us operate Kinboard, when required by law, or with your direction. We retain information while your account is active and delete it when you request account deletion, subject to limited legal or security retention.

Your choices

You may disconnect Google access through your Google Account settings or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
